The seminar addresses international researchers (who are not native speakers of German).

Objectives:

A basic understanding of BOKU’s Research Information System (FIS3+ / FIS).
The users should know what is particularly important in the new FIS and what can be done in which system.

  • Excursus: Indicators (Reporting, BOKU Guidelines)
  • FIS3+-Portal
  • FIS3+-Data acquisition
    - Dashboard
    - Import from Scopus / Pubmed
    - Manual entry, especially focus on events, lectures and proceedings
    - Lists
  • FIS (ePA)
    - Changes due to the Go Live of FIS3+
    - Tasks as project leader at BOKU

Please note: The internal pre-submission clearance (ePM) is not dealt during this seminar. Please register for the seminar of BOKU’s project support team (Research Support, Innovation & Technology Transfer).
