TeamViewer Support
With TeamViewer you can enable and allow BOKU-IT hotline staff to access your PC remotely. In case of support you have a virtual IT-employee sitting next to you, who can see your screen and use your mouse and keyboard. Of course, you yourself can see all actions and can intervene at any time if necessary.
To do this, please perform the following steps:
- Download the appropriate program for your operating system.
- Execute the downloaded program (you will probably find it in the download folder).
- Tell the BOKU-IT staff member on the phone the displayed ID number.
- Tell the BOKU-IT employee on the phone the displayed password. The password is created anew in every session.
