Project requests (CF BINF)

For project requests and project management, the BOKU Core Facilities use PPMS.

Please submit a user creation request following the instructions here. Our team will promptly validate your account, after which you'll be able to submit a project request:

  • From the top menu select “Request”
  • Fill out the appropriate form:
    • in the section ‘Project Creation Requests’ if you need a Bioinformatic service from our staff
    • in the section ‘Training Requests’ if you need a training for a specific topic

  • Once you reach the U4 underground station 'Heiligenstadt,' take the 'Muthgasse' exit.
  • Upon leaving the station, turn right and head upstairs.
  • Walk along Michael-Neumann-Gasse for approximately 150 meters.
  • On your left, you’ll find the entrance to the BOKU building, "Simon Zeisel Haus (Muthgasse III)."
  • Take the elevator to the first floor.
  • Turn right and continue straight until you reach the door marked with the Core Facility logo.
  • Ring the bell to enter.
