Application in 2 steps


1. Apply locally for a place
Apply at an Erasmus+ partner institution (not BOKU-IR). Please inquire about the local modalities with your institution of interest.

2. Application for an Erasmus+ grant
Once you have received the nomination from the host institution, apply for an Erasmus+ grant at BOKU-International Relations.

Application deadline: 8 weeks before the start of the short-term mobility at BOKU-IR.

Application documents

  •     Letter of motivation (maximum 1 page!)

  •     Nomination of the host institution with exact dates of stay and contact person on site

  •     Proof of your language skills in the working language, min. level B2

You will receive from BOKU-IR for signature and with request for return:

  •     Learning agreement

  •     Grant agreement
