If not already established, your BOKU coordinator will get you in contact with the coordination at the partner university.

Before the mobility starts, the programme (Teaching Mobility Agreement, Training Mobility Agreement) must be established and the respective signatures from the home university and later on host university need to be collected. For guest lecturers a minimum of 8 hours teaching per week has to be respected (8/5 hrs. for each additional day). The grant award agreement will be signed between you and your BOKU coordinator.

Possibility of appeal

Appeal process for applicants whose Erasmus+ incoming application at BOKU has not been accepted

Applicants can contact their Erasmus+ Incoming Coordinators within 7 days after receiving the rejection letter with an appeal if they believe that their application has been unlawfully rejected.

In this case, the applicant must send an email with detailed reasons to erasmus.mundus2(at)boku.ac.at. The Erasmus+ Incoming Coordinators will deal with this appeal as soon as possible. It should be noted that applications are usually rejected if the admission requirements for a temporary admission are not met or if documents submitted are incomplete.
