Leadership development is an ongoing, never-ending process. Every semester BOKU offers trainings on selected topics related to leadership work, which are of interest for both experienced and new managers.
Managers receive suggestions for their professional everyday life ranging from performance reviews to conflict management, strategy development and "healthy leadership styles". Proven trainers provide input and practical tips and address the specific situation of the participants. Through discussion and case studies, there is also an exchange of experiences among managers.
