- The BSW (Brandschutzwart) supports the fire safety officers in their tasks, e.g. evacuations, drills, self-inspections in the respective area, etc. and are direct contact persons in their respective areas.
- They are available to them regarding fire protection information, questions and suggestions.
- Together with first aiders, safety officers and the safety specialists in your area, the fire safety officers must ensure that accidents at work are prevented. This is done preventively by advising and motivating employees on site.
- In the event of an accident or during evacuation drills, they should react appropriately and, if necessary, instruct their colleagues
