Support for MSCA PF at BOKU

Marie Skłodowska-Curie Actions Postdoctoral Fellowships (MSCA PF) belong to the most prestigious programmes of career development for young researchers. Being a part of the Europe-wide funding programme Horizon Europe, MSCA PF support researchers’ careers and foster excellence in research. 

BOKU supports both the postdoctoral fellows (applicants) who wish to apply for this fellowship and the future supervisors of the fellows. 

The basic eligibility criteria are:

  • The postdoc applicants should not have worked more than 12 months over the last 3 years in Austria
  • They should not have completed their PhD more than 8 years ago

The submission deadline for the current MSCA PF call is 9 September 2026. Following this timeline, the BOKU-specific support for MSCA PF consists of a webinar and individual support.

 

Webinar for applicants and supervisors

  • Target group: Postdocs who intend to submit a MSCA PF proposal with BOKU; BOKU employees interested in getting new postdocs through MSCA PF
  • Goal: Basic call requirements, supervisor’s contribution, financial issues, followed by Q&A
  • Applicants wishing to submit a MSCA PF proposal at BOKU should contact us as soon as possible! Please write to projektsupport(at)boku.ac.at

Individual support by the BOKU Pre-Award team
