Practical experience in the extraction of organic compounds based on different solubilities in organic and aqueous solutions
Application of Nernst's distribution theorem, acid / base properties and polarity for the separation of substances
Construction and handling of simple synthesis equipment. Assessment of the purity on the basis of the material constants determined
Basic interpretation of nmr and ir spectra
Learning about safe handling and proper disposal of organic waste
Experience in using chemical databases
