To analyse, evalute and interpret the images acquired in the facility, we offer our customers access to image processing software:
- Huygens Everywhere (including remotely via floating license)
- Imaris
- Matlab
- FIJI/ImageJ
- ...and more
Huygens Everywhere makes possible to process data anywhere, at any location on the world: in order to get an account, please write an email to msi(at)boku.ac.at
Other software is only accessible on a dedicated workstation in our facility (our office in MUG3-B01-004). The workstation can be booked via the PPMS management software.
