EPICURtalks starts @BOKU

EPICURtalks will explore the advancement in teaching & learning regularly throughout the summer term. 15-minute-long talks of distinguished experts plus a moderated live discussion will provide the peer-to-peer audience with the opportunity to participate and ask questions.

Teaching experts from eight universities in the EU will present their most successful seminars as well as tested and new approaches to teaching and learning. They will debate interdisciplinary concepts such as „Liberal Arts and Sciences“, the development of new methods or the support of didactics for digital and hybrid teaching formats.

Strategies for Internationalisation @Home

In his talk, Professor Haas will address the challenges of providing students of his "Global Seminar" with an international and intercultural experience when they are not able to participate in traditional exchange programmes. Internationalisation @home is a proven and tested concept that deserves special attention during the restrictions on physical mobility during COVID.
