BOKU-International Relations is in charge of exchange students and students of international and English Master programmes. Students of full time studies (NOT international and English Master programmes) can contact boku4you and the foreign committee.

BOKU-International Relations will help you with your first steps at BOKU! Please come to one of our infosessions "First steps" right after your arrival. (If that is not possible, you can also come directly to BOKU-International Relations).
The Incoming Coordinators at BOKU-International Relations are looking forward to welcoming you at their office.
 

At the infosessions BOKU-International Relations provides you with

  • A checklist for the arrival with information on the enrolment to BOKU and the course registration
  • The programme of the Welcome Days
  • "Meldezettel" (residence registration form) and "Anmeldebescheinigung" (form for a registration certificate)
  • The form for getting the "Semesterticket" of the Wiener Linien
  • Information about Vienna and a city map.

In addition you should contact us, if you

  • Need a confirmation of arrival /confirmation of stay
  • Have changes of /questions about your Learning Agreement (Please only complete the changes form once you are really sure about the courses you are taking)
  • Have questions about prolonging your stay
  • Have general questions about your stay or want to talk about personal problems

If you have scientific questions about your subjects, please contact your departmental or network coordinators or the programme coordinators

During the Welcome Days, you will receive information about studying at BOKU and practical issues. We also offer a guided city tour and a university tour free of charge. Further excursions are offered by the "Referat für Internationales" at the Students Union.
