Mag. Florian Rathmayer
Florian Rathmayer has been a university assistant (prae doc) at the Institute of Law since September 2021.
After completing his law studies at the University of Vienna, he initially worked as a judicial clerk in the jurisdiction of the Vienna Higher Regional Court and at the Constitutional Court. During the past years, he has taught and researched as a university assistant at the Institute for Constitutional and Administrative Law at the University of Vienna.
His current research work focuses on issues of constitutional, environmental and spatial planning law.
