Description:
Up to 8 senior postdocs work for one year to further develop their scientific careers. The coaching group supports senior postdoc researchers when working on their scientific profile and aiming at submitting a habilitation.
The peer group discusses latest problems and possible solutions, answers open questions and works together on success strategies and proactive career planning. The mutual work on a regular basis strengthens reflectivity, consulting competence and problem-solving skills of the participants. An experienced coach helps the group develop as proactive, advice giving peer group. Additionally she brings in useful material and topics, such as insights into the Austrian university system, application strategies, negotiation skills, work life balance and time management.

The workshop will be conducted online via ZOOM, the first and the last session may take place at BOKU Türkenschanze.
