On February 29h, 2024 the Data Science Initiative organized a symposium on Reproducible Data Analysis.

We focused on reproducible research, open research data and reusable software.

  • Reproducibility in stochastic molecular simulations: what do we store where? (Edgar Galicia-Andrés - Institute of Molecular Modeling and Simulation)
  • JupyterHub as a service – hosted Jupyter instance for teaching (Ales Kuchar, Peter Regner, Florian Jäger - BOKU-Met, BOKU-INWE, TU dataLab)
