On February 12, 2026, BOKU’s Code of Conduct was published in the newsletter.

This serves as a formal framework that establishes the fundamental principles governing conduct within BOKU and in dealings with external partners and stakeholders.

Implementation of the HSchG based on the EU Whistleblower Directive

BOKU has implemented a whistleblower system in accordance with the deadline set by the HSchG [Bundesgesetz über das Verfahren und den Schutz bei Hinweisen auf Rechtsverletzungen in bestimmten Rechtsbereichen (HinweisgeberInnenschutzgesetz - HSchG) BGBl. I Nr. 6/2023)], which came into force on February 25, 2023.
