Implementation of the HSchG on the basis of the EU-Whistleblower-Directive

Until 25.08.2023 the HSchG [Bundesgesetz über das Verfahren und den Schutz bei Hinweisen auf Rechtsverletzungen in bestimmten Rechtsbereichen (HinweisgeberInnenschutzgesetz - HSchG) BGBl. I Nr. 6/2023)], which came into force in Austria on 25.02.2023, has to be implemented.

As of this date, BOKU as a legal entity under public law is obliged to set up an internal reporting channel (reporting-system). Further information can be found here.
