Soy – solution or problem?
From bakery products and seasoning, to animal fodder and biofuel: soy is the epitome of an all-rounder. But is it really as good as it seems? What can soy do for us, and at which cost? On June, 2nd, we will discuss these questions at BOKU's second Sustainability Day (Nachhaltigkeitstag). The workshop will take place from 2:30 p.m. to 4:30 p.m. in Exnerhaus, room EH-05.
