The Centre is looking for a Post-Doc to support BOKU's development research in the area of "Sustainability Transitions".The position is based in Vienna. Key duties: 1. Advance the development of research field "Sustainability Transition and Food Security", with particular attention to small-scale agriculture in the Global South 2. Conceptualise and implement a studies on innovation-driven sustainability transitions in the Global South 3. Publish research results in recognized SCI / SSCI journals 4. Develop and manage third-party funding research projects to strengthen development research at the University of Natural Resources and Life Sciences, Vienna 5. Contribute to development-oriented teaching at the University of Natural Resources and Life Sciences, Vienna 6. Participate in community services
RESEARCH FIELD: Agricultural Sciences, Development Studies, Forestry, Water Management or similar with a focus on development research
RESEARCHER PROFILE: Established Researcher (PhD or Doctorate completed)

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: experience in development research/the global South. Experience in developing and managing research projects.
