Join the International Café on 23.11

Dear International Students!
On 23rd of November, the Center for International Relations (ZIB) will
be hosting the International Cafe during the International Days at BOKU
again. The aims of the International Cafe are to inform students about
international study exchange opportunities and motivate them to consider
studying abroad for some time.
This is where you come in: We would like to ask you to represent your
home country and university. How does it work?
Be at the Aula of Schwackhöferhaus (Peter Jordan Straße 82a) at 23rd of
November from 12.30 p.m. until the Cafe’s end at around 4 p.m. You will
share a table with other international students presenting their
universities as well.
Please bring a traditional dish from your home country (cold and easy to
serve as we do not have heating or cooling facilities/opportunities).
Additionally, we would like to ask you to bring some decoration (such as
photos, posters or slideshows on your laptop,...) from your country/
university to show to students passing by your table.
If you want to, you are very welcome to wear a traditional dress from
your home country.

The ZIB will provide information materials for your home universities,
so you do not need to obtain those. Also, the ZIB will supply the event
with coffee, tea, water, cups, napkins and small cardboard dishes for
serving your food. Furthermore, there will be a small refund of max. 25€
per table to cover your food and decoration expenses. Please bring your
receipts to the event.
