Festival University
The international symposium for Art & Technology, the Ars Electronica Festival and the Johannes Kepler University Linz are joining forces to organize a very special Festival University programme for students between the ages of 16 and 24 from around the world!
The programme focuses on digitization and digital transformation, with topics including robotics, brain interfaces, artificial intelligence, a circular economy, and new forms of energy for the future. Together with highly experienced, international experts from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) and other world-leading research institutions as well as artists, participants will contemplate, plan, and develop ideas to support digital transformation.
The festival university programme is free of charge (the grant will cover travel expenses, accommodation and meals during the stay in Linz) and will be held on-site as well as online.
