WUR Urban Greenhouse Challenge

The Urban Greenhouse Challenge - organized by Wageningen University and Research - is a unique, multidisciplinary competition for students from all over the world! Students are challenged to develop an urban farming site that significantly improves the quality of life of local residents in one of the most diverse lower-income neighbourhoods of Washington D.C. Participation in the Urban Greenhouse Challenge offers students the opportunity to develop their professional and entrepreneurial skills in a multidisciplinary environment, while being empowered to create change.
