Physics for Food Master Lab

The University of Applied Sciences Neubrandenburg is organizing a free Winter School “Master Lab: Innovation Cluster Physics for Food: Sustainable Business Models in the Farm to Food Value Chain”. This winter school lab is designed to familiarize master students with theoretical and analytical concepts in sustainable innovation in the agri-food sector and playfully create sustainable business models.
