Das Erasmus+ Kooperationsseminar Afrika wird zusammen mit der Generalversammlung des Africa-UniNet von 17.–19. Oktober 2022 in Kenia stattfinden. Das Kooperationsseminar bietet sowohl für die internationale Hochschulmobilität in Erasmus+ (KA171) als auch für den Kooperationsbereich (Capacity Building in Higher Education) einen attraktiven Rahmen für Vernetzung, Austausch und Konzeption von neuen Projekten mit bekannten und zukünftigen Partnerinstitutionen aus Kenia und vielen weiteren Ländern Afrikas.
Im Zuge des Kooperationsseminar werden das Hochschulsystem und die Studienangebote in Kenia sowie Beispiele guter Praxis aus beiden Ländern präsentiert. Im Anschluss wird Gelegenheit bestehen, die vor Ort vertretenen Hochschulen kennenzulernen und mögliche Kooperationen konkret zu planen. Zielgruppe des Seminars sind daher Vertreter*innen österreichischer Hochschulen, die Interesse an der Etablierung von entsprechenden Partnerschaften sowie die Vollmacht haben, entsprechende Vereinbarungen zu verhandeln. The Erasmus+ Cooperation Seminar Africa will be held together with the Africa-UniNet General Assembly in Kenya from 17-19 October 2022. The cooperation seminar offers an attractive framework for networking, exchange and conception of new projects with known and future partner institutions from Kenya and many other countries in Africa, both for international higher education mobility in Erasmus+ (KA171) and for the cooperation area (Capacity Building in Higher Education).
In the course of the cooperation seminar, the higher education system and study programmes in Kenya as well as examples of good practice from both countries will be presented. Afterwards, there will be an opportunity to get to know the universities represented locally and to plan possible cooperation in concrete terms.
The target group of the seminar is therefore representatives of Austrian higher education institutions who are interested in establishing corresponding partnerships and who have the authority to negotiate corresponding agreements.
