Virtual Staff Training Course: GO-DIJIP “Thinking Digital in Joint Programmes”

The GO-DIJIP Team is happy to announce the 2nd edition of the GO-DIJIP “Thinking Digital
in Joint Programmes - Virtual Staff Training Course” - for HEI staff active in JPs and/or
interested in JP development. This training builds upon the previous experience of the pilot
training course carried out internally among the GO-DIJIP academic partner institutions. The
course aims to respond to the need for staff training in digitalisation of the academic offer,
especially as far as innovative collaborative virtual activities and pedagogical methodology
are concerned, and is focussed on how to best integrate digital environments into JPs.
Students will also be involved in this training course as trainers!

The innovative feature of the training consists in its experiential, connectivist and
project-based approach (learn-by-doing), whereby expert trainers from UNICollaboration,
the University of Padua, Bergen, AgroParisTech and the Erasmus Mundus Students and
Alumni Association (EMA) will accompany you through tasks and activities that will be both
asynchronous (fora, materials to read and watch, and weekly tasks) and synchronous
(weekly meetings via Zoom - 2 options per week), on your journey to successful
digitalisation of JP procedures and adoption of innovative pedagogies such as VE within JPs
at your institution.
