BOKU-Personalentwicklung: Online-Seminar

This seminar is addressed to all employees who want to enhance their intercultural skills. The workshop aims to introduce participants to strategies in order to successfully build bridges across diverse cultures in intercultural environments, with a focus on the context of higher education (student-teacher relationships, cultural diversity in departments, intercultural communication in research projects, etc). The goal is to provide participants with enhanced cultural sensitivity and (self-)awareness and practical tools to develop positive intercultural relationships, both face-to-face and online.
