Dear international students,
On May 10, 1-4pm (Schwackhöferhaus lobby) we will host an International Café and we are looking for you present your home university, and home country/region.
Would you feel inspired to help us with this?
If so:
●It would be great if you could prepare and bring a dish and/or drink that your home country or country of home university is famous for. Additionally, decorating your stand in a manner which reflects your region of the world using posters or photos or a slideshow (you can bring a laptop) would be fantastic. There is a budget of 20 EUR per stand. (Please submit your receipts after the event – reimbursements need original invoices).
● If you own a traditional dress of your country / country of home university, and would be happy to wear it, then that’s even better!
● BOKU-International Relations will provide coffee, tea, water, cups and napkins.
This event is not only fun but also very important for Austrians who are interested in going abroad but also for people who are curious to learn about other cultures. So, it would be very beneficial to have people from different countries attending. Spots are first come first serve so sign up fast!
