Erasmus+ International Staff Training Week, Lithuania

The purpose of the International Staff Week (ISW) is to share the experience of how higher education institutions contribute to regional development and growth, jobs, investment, and community wellbeing, how they encourage science and business cooperation, and what results this cooperation brings for the regions and local economies, how universities support innovation and entrepreneurship, etc. As well as sharing how higher education institutions manage to successfully monitor, analyse and evaluate the impact created, what tools and instruments are used etc.

The ISW is also dedicated to expanding and strengthening international partnerships. The event comprises of best practice sharing, presentations, experiential activities, and visits to relevant institutions related to the topic of ISW. Participants are encouraged to deliver presentations during the week on their institution’s role in regional development and share success stories and examples.
