WWTF Open Call: Environmental Systems Research Call 2024 – Urban Environments

This call is directed at researchers in Vienna, from all disciplines, who seek to conduct a cutting-edge research project to address fundamental questions relevant to human-environment interaction in urban and peri-urban systems.

Strongly encouraged are interdisciplinary projects, with a key focus on quantitative approaches and methods used to better understand urban environments.

The funding size per project is 400,000 up to 700,000 euro, for a duration of 24 up to 48 months.

This is a 2-step call, with the following deadlines:

Deadline for short proposals: 160124

Deadline for full proposal: 300424

The projects are submitted online, via the WWTF Funding Portal.
