Staff Training Week, Portugal

Crisis management in disruptive times requires proactive and flexible approaches to manage through uncertainty in challenging times. During this week two workshops approaching several areas will be offered, practical games in crisis management and a Ubuntu support group. Whether it's a war, inflation, pandemic, stagflation, ageing, gender, religion, addressing mental health in the workplace, or other unforeseen events, Higher Education Institutions must be prepared to respond effectively. A comprehensive crisis management plan is needed to identify potential disruptions and vulnerabilities in the workplace further to the existing ones in global terms.

Challenging times bring programs to overcome anxiety and work pressure. This staff week is a contribution and perspective in a holistic way through simple and comprehensive tips in several areas:
