• Job shadowing with colleagues in your field
• Learning about Karlstad University's work culture and international activities
• Networking with diverse participants and sharing ideas and best practices
• Participating in social and cultural activities

Job shadowing areas:

•    International Office
•    Study- and career counselling
•    IT-department
•    HR-department
•    Grants and Innovation Office (research/innovation advisors)
•    Strategic and operational support (legal officers, procurement officers and project managers)
•    Centre for Teaching and Learning
