Erasmus+ Staff Training, Portugal

This Staff week will have working sessions every day that will be decomposed into: 

• An introductory presentation on the topic, given by a NOVA expert, sharing NOVA’s experience;
• A workshop coordinated into small groups to reflect on the presentation and share best practices;
• A final panel presentation on the topic of that day, including experts from different areas and participants of the staff week.

• Development of International Partnerships and Attract International Students
• Global Research Collaboration and Strengthening International Alumni Networks
• International Branding and Communication and International Rankings
• Establishing International Campuses/Offices and Promoting Cultural and Academic Diversity
• Leveraging International Faculty and Staff and Engaging in International Community and Outreach Programs
