INFoS: Anpassungen im FIS aufgrund der Strukturreform in der Organisation der BOKU-Departments

Aufgrund der Neuorganisation der BOKU-Department-Landschaft kommt es auch im FIS zu Umstrukturierungen. 

Daher sind Projektmeldungen (ePMs) im FIS vom 01-210125 zu vermeiden. 

Um eine möglichst störungsfreie Projektmeldung von Projektanträgen inklusive deren Freigaben durch Instituts- und Departmentleitungen zu gewährleisten, empfehlen wir, alle für Dezember und Januar geplanten Projektmeldungen rechtzeitig bis zum 151224 anzulegen und weiterzuleiten.

Adjustments in the FIS due to the structural reform in the organisation of the BOKU departments

Information for all grant/project applicants

Due to the re-organisation of the BOKU departments, there will also be some changes in the FIS. Therefore, project registrations (Projektmeldung, ePM) in the FIS have to be avoided from January 1-21, 2025. 

In order to ensure a smooth project registration process, including the approval of project proposals by the heads of institutes and departments, we recommend that all project registrations planned for December and January be completed and submitted by December 15, 2024.
