Food as Medicine:
This new and improved version of the popular culinary program delves deeper into the fascinating world of cuisine and its impact on the dietary needs of adults with chronic conditions. Plus, it incorporates exciting new modules. And, as always, the experiential learning approach is here to stay. This is a defining feature of UnilaSalle's science curriculum and has been a significant factor in the program's success over the past 12 years.

Geological Field School:
Geological Field School presents an incredible opportunity for international students to dive into geology fieldwork right in the heart of France. Students work alongside esteemed faculty members and passionate graduate students in the geology department. This peer teaching approach is not just a learning method; it is a chance to gain invaluable hands-on experience and truly apply knowledge in a real-world setting.
