The Erasmus+ O.P.E.N. Staff Week is a practical, hands-on professional development opportunity designed for professional support staff and academics who are looking to strengthen Internationalisation at Home (IaH) in meaningful ways. The programme focuses on inclusive, real-world strategies that help embed global perspectives into teaching, learning and student support.

The aim is to equip participants with the knowledge, tools, and connections needed to make internationalisation more effective and accessible for all students and staff. Throughout the week, participants will:

 

• Observe key principles and good practices in Internationalisation at Home
• Practice approaches for integrating international perspectives into daily work
• Evaluate the impact of internationalisation activities
• Network with peers to exchange ideas, share experiences, and build lasting collaboration
