Guest lecture at BOKU
Prof. Steven Runo is an excellent teacher, and his research interests focus on real problems faced by small farmers in Africa and how breeding can contribute to improving their living conditions. He spends a lot of time travelling in rural areas and knows his country and its people well. Prof. Hermann Bürstmayr will involve Prof. Runo in his course ‘Plant Breeding’ and organise additional seminars with him.
If other BOKU institutes are interested in involving Prof. Runo in lectures, seminars, discussions, or events, please contact Prof. Bürstmayr.
