In a rapidly changing world, universities must keep their education portfolios both agile and future-oriented. How do you decide when to start, adapt, or discontinue a programme? Wageningen University & Research has recently completed a comprehensive review of its Bachelor programme portfolio and will present its approach to portfolio management in this workshop.

Participants will reflect on how the process has unfolded so far - highlighting key lessons learned, challenges encountered, and the governance of this process. During the interactive part of the session, participants are invited to share their experiences, ideas, and dilemmas. Together, participants explore how universities can stimulate innovation, ensure external focus, and strengthen their adaptivity. 

All employees of ELLS universities (one of them is BOKU University) are welcome to attend. There is no prior registration.
