Bis Ende September konnten Anfragen an das OeAD-Team von ENIC NARIC AUSTRIA | Credential Evaluation über die allgemeine E-Mail-Adresse übermittelt werden. Seit 1. Oktober 2025 hat der OeAD hierfür ein neues Ticketsystem im Einsatz. Mit dem neuen elektronischen System bietet ENIC NARIC allen Anfragenden einen verbesserten Service an. Um eine bessere Nachverfolgbarkeit sowie eine vereinfachte Kommunikation zu ermöglichen, steht der OeAD ausschließlich über das Anfragetool zur Verfügung. |
Until the end of September, enquiries could be sent to the OeAD team at ENIC NARIC AUSTRIA | Credential Evaluation via the general email address. Since 1 October 2025, the OeAD has been using a new ticket system for this purpose. With the new electronic system, ENIC NARIC offers all enquirers an improved service. In order to enable better traceability and simplified communication, the OeAD is only available via the enquiry tool. |
