Erasmus+ Staff Mobility Week, Norway
University of Bergen offers focused sessions within thematic groups which you have to apply for:
- Financial Services: Organised by the Division of Financial Services, this track focuses on the role and development of financial services within universities. Participants will exchange best practices, explore tools and systems, and share experiences of working within the EU regulatory framework, with a strong emphasis on sustainable practice.
- Communication: This thematic group addresses the question: How can we better connect with young audiences through research communication? Communication professionals from research institutions across Europe are invited to share experiences, discuss challenges and explore new approaches to engagement, trust and relevance for the next generation.
- Staff Week Development: Focusing on the purpose and impact of staff training weeks, this group will examine what influences their quality and outcomes. Through discussions and sharing of best practice, participants will explore the benefits for individuals and institutions to take part in, and develop Staff Weeks.
- Welcoming International Students: This track centres on sharing experiences and practical solutions for welcoming international students. The programme includes interactive workshops on cultural awareness, student support and digital tools, aiming to strengthen networks, foster inclusion and enhance the overall integration of international students.
