Staff Training, Spain

4-6 May at San Jorge University | Application deadline: 1 March 2026

This international week highlights the positive impact of simulation on student learning. Over the course of this week, the university campus transforms into a dynamic environment where theory connects with practice using active and experiential methodologies.

Simulation plays a key role in enhancing learning at San Jorge University, as it allows students to apply their knowledge in realistic, safe and controlled scenarios. Through the case method, students analyse real situations, make decisions, and reflect on the outcomes, developing essential skills such as critical thinking, problem-solving, and teamwork.

This International Staff Week is especially aimed at university faculty and technical staff interested in learning about and deepening their understanding of simulation as a teaching methodology, as well as the design, management, and operation of simulation spaces in the university setting.
