Erasmus+ Staff Training, Luxembourg

The Erasmus+ Staff Mobility for Training (STT) on Job Crafting for More Happiness at Work aims to provide participants with insights, tools, and strategies to create a more positive and productive workplace. The program will explore how happiness at work enhances creativity, improves productivity, and supports overall wellbeing. Participants will discover evidence-based practices, engage in interactive workshops, and learn how to design happier, healthier work environments that foster collaboration, motivation, and long-term success.

The training consists of interactive presentations, and hands-on workshops. Across learning activities, participants will engage in discussions, practical exercises, and case studies designed to turn theory into action. Classes will take place from Monday to Friday, from 9 am to 3 pm.
