Reminder: BOKU Cinema

On 29 April 2026, BOKU cinema will be showing "The Lindeka: When a City Ate a Book", a film set in eThekwini-Durban, South Africa. Following the journey of Lindeka, a young woman, through the city, the film asks what the notion of the Anthropocene, as a universal history of our planet, omits. After the screening, there will be a panel discussion reflecting on the film and exploring decolonial perspectives on the Anthropocene.
