Staff and students need a PIN code to activate the BOKU account

Staff

To activate your BOKU account, you need a PIN code.

If you have not yet received it, please contact the responsible IT person at your organizational unit.

Students

To activate your BOKU account, you need a PIN code.

You will receive this code in the course of your admission at the Study Services.
If you have not received a PIN code or if you have lost it,please contact 
studienservices(at)boku.ac.at

Multi Factor Authentication (MFA)

You will need an additional factor to log in to many important BOKU-IT services (e.g. BOKUonline, BOKUlearn) in addition to your login name and password.
Please read the relevant information carefully and set up additional factors using the following step-by-step instructions:

Login to BOKUlearn / Moodle is first possible on the following day after account activation.
