Activate account for BOKU-IT services

Never share your password with anyone:

Staff

To activate your BOKU account, you need a PIN code.

If you have not yet received it, please contact the responsible IT person at your organizational unit.

Students

Your student account will be automatically activated as soon as you are admitted to the study program.
Admission takes place a few days after you pay your tuition fee.
From then on, you can register for courses.

Multi Factor Authentication (MFA)

You will need an additional factor to log in to many important BOKU-IT services (e.g. BOKUonline, BOKUlearn) in addition to your login name and password.
Please read the relevant information carefully and set up additional factors using the following step-by-step instructions:

Login to BOKUlearn (Moodle) and the BOKU Training Pass for employees is not possible until the following day after account activation.
