If you have a question regarding e-learning or BOKUlearn please send a mail to the support team at

e-learning(at)boku.ac.at

using your official BOKU e-mail account (e.g. "firstname.lastname@boku.ac.at").

Your request will be forwarded to a member of the support team by the support ticketing system. As a result, you will recieve a confirmation of your request containing your ticket number that you can use for further inquiry.
