How to Apply
Lincoln University nominates students to BOKU via Email. From 2019 on, NARMEE students from Lincoln have to be enrolled at BOKU as exchange students.
Please fill in the Application Form and send it with copies of all documents mentioned as scan by-email to Eleonora CONI: jointstudy@boku.ac.at
Deadline for submission at BOKU: June 30 for the next winter semester (study start October), November 30 for next summer semester (study start February)

Visa
Apply for your Visa as soon as you get the admission letter as the processing can take some time! Keep this in mind if you plan to travel before the start of the semester.
Please be aware that Non-EU/EEA citizens also need a visa or residence permit.
According to a special agreement New Zealand citizens can stay in Austria up to 90 days without visa. After leaving the Schengen area (even for a weekend) the period of 90 days will start again.

Reimbursement of travel costs for Incoming NARMEE students from LU
Please fill in the reimbursement form and submit it upon arrival with following documents
- reimbursement form
- invoice/ e-ticket
- boarding card
- Copy of a document that states your IBAN (International Bank Account Number) of your austrian bank account
