The advanced training can be credited within the framework of the Basiszertifikat Hochschullehre - Basic Didactics Certificate (*BZH) for MODUL 3 "Didactics Key Areas".

Objectives:
compose a personal teaching portfolio including all relevant and required aspects,
critically analyse their personal development as instructors,
derive and professionally articulate their teaching philosophy,
portray their professional work as academic instructor,
describe the underlying principles that guide their work,
show an understanding of the importance of professionalization and the need for lifelong learning
Content:
Required teaching portfolio content
writing a personal teaching philosophy
reflection on personal development as instructor and underlying teaching principles used ways to showcase work effectively
Methods:
variety of teaching methods
Maximum group size: 12 Participants
This training takes place online via ZOOM.
Mag.a Mag.a Dr.in Elisabeth Weber
Prof. MMag. Dr. Elisabeth Weber is an academically certified expert in higher education didactics and a dedicated professional instructor. She holds multiple university degrees and has completed a wide range of advanced training programs. For the past 25 years, she has been teaching extensively in both secondary and tertiary education and is active in faculty development nationally and internationally. Her outstanding teaching has been recognized through several awards: in 2014 she received the first prize of the BOKU Teaching Award, in 2021 she was nominated for the Austrian National Award for Excellence in Teaching, and in 2025 she was honored with the Manfred-Schwanninger Prize.
