Short Summary A significant lack of roundwood mobilised by Austria's small forest owners was the reason for publishing this issue "Meta-study on mobilizing wood resources from the Austrian small scale forest". This review comprises a systematic elaboration of research results of about 70 published empirical small scale forest surveys. Amongst other topics, these were also concerned with wood mobilization from small forest ownerships. The book conveys the findings of 50 years of small scale forest research in Austria to the interested reader. Contents provided:
