Luis Laglera is Guest Professor at the Department of Chemistry from May 17 – 28, 2021

Luis Laglera is Marine Scientist and Professor at the Department of Chemistry at the University of the Balearic Islands (UIB). He is a member of the group FI-TRACE (Flow Injection and Trace Analysis) at UIB and his research interests are focused on the study of the biogeochemical cycles of trace metals in ocean, coastal and estuarine waters (with emphasis in iron, copper, lead, cobalt and mercury), and in particular in the characterization and quantification of natural organic ligands.
