Team building meets coffee science!
As part of our summer team event, the IGCE team visited the Kaffee Schule of Kaffee Fabrik. The session offered an exciting deep dive into the world of coffee beans, espresso brewing, and milk frothing techniques — all hands-on and with lots of good energy.
Sustainability, a core IGCE value, was also part of the experience: instead of real milk, a water-based mixture with added enzymes was used for practice, ensuring that no milk was wasted during the training.
