The content focus is on marketing basics, aspects of marketing agricultural and organic products, quality management and innovation in the food industry and related topics.

In parallel, the institute contributes to the methodological training of students with a focus on methods of empirical social research, data collection and data anaylsis. The teaching portfolio is rounded off by suplementary courses in scientific work and rhetoric.
